Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple accounts in an assigned geographic area, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and federal/state requirements

• Provide leadership, support, and guidance to ensure food quality standards, inventory levels, food safety guidelines, and customer service expectations are met

• Maintain records of income and expenditures, food, supplies, personnel, and equipment

• Develop and implement effective strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

• Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and goals

• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards

Qualifications:

• Experience working as a CDM in a long-term care (LTC) or skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting

• Must be CDM certified

• Leadership personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledgeable of food safety, procedures, and guidelines pertaining to healthcare facilities

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Pleasant disposition and a passion for working with the geriatric population
