What will your day look like?

What do you bring to the table?
- At least 1 year of management experience (financial services or sales leadership preferred)
- 2+ years of proven relationship-building success
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to coach, develop, and hold others accountable
- A problem-solving mindset with sound judgment
- Experience working in a goal-driven environment
- Commitment to ethical standards and regulatory compliance
- Community involvement or experience building local partnerships
- NMLS registration (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
