Position Summary:

We are seeking a result-driven Marketing Director / Admissions Liaison to drive census growth at our facility. You will be the primary external face of our center, cultivating referral relationships and ensuring a seamless transition for new residents from acute care settings to our post-acute care or long-term care programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong referral relationships with hospital discharge planners, case managers, social workers, physicians, and home health agencies.

Admissions Management: Assess the clinical needs of potential residents at local hospital to ensure our facility has the capability to treat them. Guiding families through facility tours and the intake process.

Census Development: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to meet occupancy and payer mix goals (Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care).

Community Outreach: Represent the facility at local health fairs, senior centers, and community networking events to enhance visibility and public image.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the Administrator, Asst. Administrator, Director of Nursing, and the Business Office to ensure all clinical, financial and regulatory requirements are met prior to admission.

  • Participate in the morning meeting and submit plan / agenda for the day.

  • Submit End of Day report to the Administrator & Assist Administrator / Admission Director.

Data Tracking: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and referral data via CRM

Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of healthcare marketing or admissions experience, specifically within skilled nursing, sub-acute rehab, or long-term care facility.

Knowledge Base: Strong working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care sub-acute insurance guidelines.

Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication, strong data management skills, and the ability to work under pressure.


QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• Minimum 2 years experience in healthcare setting required.

• Must possess the ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.

Salary plus extensive bonus structure
