Hospitality Aide Responsibilities

As a Hospitality Aide, you will:

• Assist residents with feeding and hydration

• Make beds and maintain resident rooms

• Restock carts and supplies

• Support the nursing team with assigned non-clinical duties

• Help provide a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents

CNA Responsibilities

After successfully completing the CNA program, you will:

• Accurately measure and record residents' vital signs

• Observe and promptly report changes in residents' conditions to the Charge Nurse or Director of Nursing

• Assist residents with activities of daily living while providing compassionate, respectful care

• Follow all facility policies, including attendance and dress code requirements

• Communicate professionally with residents, families, visitors, and staff

• Perform Certified Nursing Assistant duties as assigned

• Complete other responsibilities as directed by the Charge Nurse

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions in English

• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact respectfully with residents and staff

• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation

• Reliable attendance and a commitment to providing quality resident care

Full-Time Shift Availability

Upon successful completion of the CNA program, candidates must be willing to accept one of the following full-time rotating shifts:

• Days: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

• Evenings: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

• Nights: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
