Associate Director of Operations

Annie Aesthetic
Issaquah, WA, US Full Time

Job Description

Job Description

About Annie Aesthetic

Annie Aesthetic is one of the fastest-growing private equity-backed platforms in medical aesthetics and wellness. We acquire outstanding practices and accelerate their growth through proven operating systems, purpose-built technology, and a values-driven, performance-oriented culture. At the center of our model is a people-first partnership approach designed to help exceptional teams deliver extraordinary patient experiences.

We are hiring an Associate Director of Operations to develop into a true business leader across our portfolio. The Associate Director of Operations will start with direct operational accountability for 1-2 clinics with a defined path to a full Director of Operations seat as scope and performance scale. The Director role entails responsibility over roughly 7-8 clinics.

This role is built for a high-caliber operator interested in being a leader in this multi-site structure — someone energized by ownership, hungry to grow into running real businesses at scale, and ready to prove it in-clinic before scaling up.

What You'll Own

Clinic Performance & Financial Accountability

  • Lead operational and financial performance for your assigned clinic, with growing accountability to revenue, margin, and KPI outcomes as you take on additional locations
  • Track KPIs at the clinic level; build accountability rhythms with clinic staff and leadership
  • Partner with the Annie Aesthetic executive team on reporting and performance review as your scope expands

Operational Leadership

  • Be the in-person, day-to-day leader of your clinic — team, client experience, and operations
  • Coach and develop clinic staff, building the management skills that translate to a multi-site role
  • Identify opportunities to improve revenue, client experience, and operational efficiency at your clinic(s)

Systems Management & Day-to-Day Execution

  • Own the hands-on, Associate-level execution of core clinic systems — including EMR (Zenoti), payroll, and inventory management
  • Support implementation and ongoing troubleshooting of these systems at the clinic level, not just oversight
  • Ensure day-to-day administrative and operational tasks are completed accurately and on time

Vendor & Compliance Support

  • Support vendor relationships (clinical/medical suppliers, marketing partners, facilities) at your clinic(s)
  • Help ensure your clinic(s) maintain full compliance with applicable business licenses, permits, and clinical standards

Ideal Profile

We are looking for a driven, humble, and highly capable operator early in their leadership trajectory. The strongest candidates will bring:

  • 4–8 years of operational experience, ideally in client-facing management or multi-site environments
  • Demonstrated track record of taking on more responsibility over time — this role is built for someone on their way up
  • Strong financial acumen paired with high EQ — comfortable with numbers and comfortable leading people
  • Comfort being hands-on and in-clinic the majority of the week, especially in the first several months
  • Appetite for a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Benefits

  • $95,000-$130,000 + equity potential with good performance
  • Clear career growth path
  • Health insurance
  • 401(k)
  • Paid time off
  • Employee discount on clinic products and services
