The Aquatics Director position is a senior leadership opportunity. The Aquatics Director is responsible for the safe operation of all aquatic areas and programs on property. They oversee the Lake and Pool Directors and are in charge of the training and certification of all aquatics staff. The Aquatics Director is responsible for ensuring all aquatic equipment and facilities are safe, maintained and ready to use.
