Handyman Technician
Primary Scope
- General handyman repairs and maintenance
- Carpentry and framing
- Door installation and repairs
- Drywall repair and installation
- Exterior repairs to soffits, fascia and siding
- Multi-trade punch list work
- Strong, multi-skilled handyman background
- Strong carpentry background
- Comfortable being client-facing and confidently explaining work to customers
- Ability to accurately estimate time needed on various tasks
- Strong ability to prioritize and manage time across projects
- Can communicate well and document work completed
- Finishes work with details and keeps customers happy

- 10-20 years of paid experience minimum
- A clean criminal background
- A clean driving record
