• 3 years of experience as a sushi chef.
• Responsible for keeping work areas clean.
• Know how to make rolls, sashimi and nigiri.
• Prepare and filet tuna, salmon and yellowtail.
  
• Punctual and takes pride in their job and appearance.
• Restaurant experience working in the kitchen is preferred.
• Strong work ethic, always working with a sense of urgency.
• Able to follow instructions, recipes, policies, and work well as a team.
