JOB SUMMARY

The server’s job is to guide the guest though the dining experience with grace, charm and warm hospitality. A basic understanding of agave spirits is required and learning about the individual products we offer is also a must. The server performs duties in a pleasant, conscientious, fun, energetic, and professional manner to ensure guest satisfaction.

• Must be able to work in a team. Teamwork is essential at Añejo.
• Must have the able to stay clean and organized throughout a shift
• Must remain friendly and enthusiastic for the entire shift
• Must appear graceful and calm everywhere in the restaurant
• Must Arrive to work looking sharp and professional. Your appearance is the guest’s first impression of you.
• Must be able to handle problems and difficult situations effectively

• Must have an excellent ability to take direction and work in a team environment
• Must be committed to Hospitality and our guests.

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Walk and stand for entire shift
• Lift and carry racks or stacks of dishes, glassware and other utensils
• Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing and lifting.
• Work in a high intensity environment
• Working indoors and outdoors
• Hazards include, but are not limited to, cuts from broken glass and metal cans, burns, slipping and tripping.
• Frequent washing of hands
• Clean and presentable appearance
• Able to work efficiently in crowded and tight areas

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Special knowledge or skills necessary for this position:
  • Product knowledge
  • Knowledge of workplace safety procedures
  • Extremely calm and effectively under pressure
