Lot Attendant

Liccardi Ford, is seeking a dedicated Lot Attendant to join our team in Watchung, NJ. The ideal candidate will help ensure our vehicle lot is organized, clean, and ready for customers and staff. This position plays a key role in maintaining the appearance and functionality of our dealership lot.

• Move and organize vehicles on the lot to maximize space and accessibility
• Perform routine cleaning duties such as washing and detailing vehicles
• Assist with vehicle deliveries and returns as needed
• Maintain the safety and security of the lot
• Report any vehicle damage or maintenance issues to management
• Support staff with various tasks to ensure smooth dealership operations

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to operate vehicles safely and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Physical ability to perform manual labor and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Previous experience in a dealership or similar environment is preferred but not required
