Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Starting Pay: $16.00 per hour

Regal Moving Services is seeking a dependable and motivated Office Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, detail-oriented, and eager to learn while supporting the daily operations of our office.
Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry
- File and organize company documents
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Provide general administrative and office support
- Scan, copy, and prepare documents
- Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems
- Assist office staff with daily administrative tasks
- Perform other general office duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Friendly, professional attitude with strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to and from work is required
- Must be punctual and dependable
Schedule
- Full-Time
- Monday through Friday
- 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
