At Felipe's, our Cashiers are known as Cajeras. They are the first smile our guests see and play a vital role in creating an outstanding dining experience. You'll help guests through our cafeteria-style service line, answer menu questions, process orders accurately, and keep the restaurant running smoothly.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, providing exceptional hospitality, and thriving in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

• Welcome every guest with a warm, friendly smile

• Guide guests through the menu and answer questions about ingredients, pricing, portions, and dietary options

• Recommend favorites like chips, guacamole, drinks, and desserts

• Accurately enter orders into the POS system and process payments

• Maintain an organized and accurate cash drawer

• Portion chips, guacamole, salsa, dressings, and other items

• Keep the cashier station clean, stocked, and organized

• Work closely with the Burrito Line Team, Kitchen Team, and Bartenders to keep service moving efficiently

• Assist guests with catering, events, and general restaurant questions

• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures

• Friendly, outgoing personality

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Positive attitude and team-first mindset

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced restaurant environment

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Restaurant or cashier experience is a plus but not required

• Full-time and Part-time opportunities available

• Morning, afternoon, and evening shifts

• Weekend availability preferred
