️‍ Your Day-to-Day:

• Lead a vibrant, structured Pre-K classroom that blends learning and laughter
• Design hands-on, age-appropriate lessons and activities
• Track student development and prep them for Kindergarten readiness
• Build strong relationships with families and teammates
• Collaborate with other educators to keep our center top-tier

Requirements:

• Valid Indiana teaching license (Early Childhood or Elementary Ed preferred)
• A passion for helping children grow socially, emotionally, and academically
• Experience in a preschool or early learning environment (preferred)
• Strong communication skills and a flexible, team-focused mindset
