Position Overview
GES is seeking a Configuration Management Specialist to manage system configuration and asset tracking within Pentagon enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain CMDB and ensure asset accuracy
- Track hardware, software, and system documentation
- Manage change requests and support CAB processes
- Conduct audits of configuration records
- Support system upgrades and data center activities
- Ensure ITIL-based configuration management compliance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
- 5+ years of experience in configuration management
- Experience with CMDB tools and ITIL processes
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
