Queen City Gymnastics is growing, and we're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Compulsory Gymnastics Coach to join our team!

We are specifically hiring coaches for our Xcel Silver and Gold teams, which are comparable to USAG Levels 3–6. Our program uses the Xcel pathway to fast-track athletes into Optional level gymnastics, creating exciting opportunities for gymnasts to progress and reach their goals.

We're seeking someone who:

• Has previous gymnastics coaching experience

• Is confident and comfortable spotting athletes

• Communicates effectively with athletes, parents, and fellow coaches

• Brings a positive, encouraging, and uplifting coaching style to every practice

• Is passionate about athlete development and long-term success

What We Offer:

• Competitive pay: $20–$23 per hour, based on experience
