TECHNICIAN LEVEL- B

• Maintains service operations by inspecting and maintaining vehicles

• Keeps equipment available for use by inspecting and testing vehicles; completingpreventive maintenancesuch as, engine tune-ups, oil changes, tire rotation and changes, wheelbalancing, replacingfilters, brake replacements, spark plugs, wheel bearings, fuel systems, and sensors
• Test systems and individual parts to ensure proper working order and/or to evaluate degreeof damage
• Maintains vehicle functional condition by listening to operator complaints;conducting inspections; repairing engine failures; repairing mechanical and electrical systemsmalfunctions; replacingparts and components
• Verifies vehicle serviceability by conducting test drives; adjusting controls and systems
• Complies withstate vehicle requirements by testing engine, safety, and combustioncontrol standards
• Maintains vehicle records by recording service and repairs
• Keeps shop equipmentoperatingby following operating instructions;troubleshooting breakdowns;maintainingsupplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs
• Containscosts by using warranty; evaluating service and parts options
• Updates job knowledge byparticipatingin educational opportunities; readingtechnical publications
• Accomplishes maintenance and organization mission by completing related results as needed

Requirements

• Service Technician (2 years Minimum)

• High school diploma or GED

• Basic Computer skills

• Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality

• Team player

• Must have a valid driver’s license

• Complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening
