Outpatient Pharmacist M-F Dayshift-Must Have TX Pharmacy License
Our client in North Central Texas is seeking a full-time permanent Ambulatory Pharmacist to work a M-F Dayshift. Previous hospital and ambulatory experience, as well as sterile compounding certification, are required. Texas Pharmacy license is also required.
This is a great location to raise a family and is located less than 3 hours from Dallas/Ft Worth.
Responsibilities of the Outpatient Pharmacist:
Under the direction of the Pharmacy Manager and Director, optimizes patient medications by providing comprehensive clinical pharmacy services. Works collaboratively with the health care team to accomplish goals.
Requirements of a Pharmacist:
- BS or PharmD in Pharmacy
- Texas pharmacy license
- 1+ years of pharmacy experience
- Sterile Compounding Certification is preferred
