The primary responsibility for this role is to oversee the administrative management ofassigned accounts, with particular attention to those in which the bank serves in a fiduciarycapacity. This position could also offer opportunities for cultivating and developing newtrust and investment management relationships, with a primary focus on the affluent andhigh-net-worth market segment, dependent on how the book of business is allocatedbetween multiple trust officers.The individual may provide leadership and supervision to one or more Trust and WealthAssociates, guiding daily activities and ensuring operational effectiveness. In addition, closecollaboration with Portfolio Managers and the Compliance Manager is required to ensure allclient accounts are administered in accordance with regulatory requirements and thebank's standards of excellence.
