Requirements:
- Active Minnesota CNA certification.
- Current TMA/medication administration certificate.
- At least six months of experience in long-term care or assisted living.
- Ability to complete required onboarding and facility documentation.
- Reliable transportation to Wadena.
- Dependable, professional, and comfortable working independently.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living.
- Administer medications within the approved TMA scope.
- Record medication administration accurately.
- Monitor residents and report changes to the supervising nurse.
- Follow resident care plans and facility procedures.
- Maintain resident dignity, comfort, and safety.
- Communicate professionally with residents, families, and facility staff.
