  • Greet and welcome guests with a positive and friendly attitude.
  • Take customer orders accurately and process payments using the POS system.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and promotions.
  • Ensure order accuracy for dine-in and takeout orders.
  • Organize and coordinate the flow of orders between the kitchen and front counter.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house and expo areas.
  • Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and team members to ensure efficient service.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
  • Support overall restaurant operations and assist team members as needed.
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and company standards at all times.
