What You'll Do

As a Laundry Attendant, you'll be the heart of our operations, ensuring our customers have a clean, welcoming, and efficient experience. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

• Greet customers with a warm and helpful attitude.
• Assist customers with using our self-service machines and answer any questions they may have.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the laundry facility, including wiping down machines and folding areas.
• Handle wash-and-fold services for customers who prefer drop-off laundry.
• Monitor machines to ensure they’re running smoothly and report any issues to management.
• Keep an eye on supplies and restock as needed.
