Barback maintains stock of assigned bars in gaming and non-gaming areas of the casino. Barback also assists the bartenders as needed.
- Provide exceptional guest service to all customers.
- Must have beverage service knowledge.
- Keeps all assigned bar areas stocked and in compliance with rules and regulations set forth by the Beverage Manager .
- Keeps inventory of supplies in the stockroom. Notifies the supervisor when an order is needed
- Responsible for keeping bar areas clean ,organized and stocked.
- Responsible for organization of bars for fast and efficient functionality and service.
- Smile and make eye contact with Guest and Employees
- Perform related tasks deemed necessary by management
