We are seeking a VP / Branch Manager to lead a dynamic retail financial services branch. This role is ideal for a leader with a strong banking or credit union background who is passionate about delivering exceptional client/member service, growing community relationships, and coaching high-performing teams. There is a strong ABM in place to support. Team of nine.

What Youll Do
Lead & Develop Your Team
Build a cohesive, engaged, and high-performing branch team
Coach, mentor, and invest in employee growth and development
Reinforce a culture rooted in empathy, accountability, and service excellence
Drive Business & Community Engagement
Actively engage in the community to generate new business and deepen relationships
Grow branch performance through a service-first, consultative approach
Champion the philosophy that service is sales, and sales is service
Deliver Operational Excellence
Ensure strong daily operations, compliance, and risk management
Partner with regional leadership to execute strategic initiatives
Create consistency and accountability across the branch
Compensation
Target Salary Range: $79,934 $99,918 (based on experience and education)
Full Salary Range: $79,934 $119,902
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
Annual Incentive: Up to 10% of base salary (performance-based, typically paid annually)

Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of management or leadership experience (financial institution required)
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Bachelors degree in business, finance, or related field preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
Preferred Background:
Credit union experience strongly preferred
Banking candidates welcome, with ability to adapt to a member-first model
Certifications / Requirements:
Ability to obtain required industry licensing (e.g., NMLS)
Ability to serve as Notary Public and provide signature guarantees
Must meet bondability requirements

Work Environment
In-person role (MondayFriday, standard business hours)
40+ hours per week based on business needs
Highly collaborative, team-oriented environment
Active, visible leadership presence required daily
