Baker Valley Floors, a FloorWorks Group Company, is a locally owned flooring store serving Plymouth, NH, and the surrounding communities. We're looking for a friendly, motivated Sales Associate who enjoys helping people and providing outstanding customer service.
No flooring experience? No problem! If you have customer service experience, enjoy working with people, and are comfortable using a computer, we'll teach you everything you need to know about flooring. Our goal is to help you succeed.
What You'll Do
- Welcome customers into our showroom and help them find the right flooring for their home or business.
- Learn about our flooring products and confidently guide customers through their options.
- Prepare quotes, process sales, and assist customers throughout their buying experience.
- Follow up with customers and leads to answer questions and build lasting relationships.
- Help keep our showroom clean, organized, and inviting.
- Work with our team to provide an exceptional customer experience every day.
What We're Looking For
- At least one year of customer service experience.
- Friendly, positive, and professional communication skills.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule
This is a full-time position. The showroom is open on Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and this role includes Saturday shifts. You'll still enjoy a five-day workweek, with another day off during the week.
