Business Analyst - TS/SCI + CI Polygraph Required

cFocus Software seeks a Business Analyst to join our program supporting the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). This position is on site in the Washington DC, MD, & VA area. This position requires a TS/SCI + CI Polygraph clearance.
Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI + CI Polygraph clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field with 4-12+ years of experience in business analysis
• Proficient in requirements elicitation techniques and documentation
• Experience with business process modeling and analysis tools
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and user story development
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA preferred

Duties:

• Analyzes business processes, gathers requirements, and translates stakeholder needs into technical specifications.
• Conducts stakeholder interviews, facilitates requirements workshops, and documents functional and non-functional requirements.
• Creates process models, use cases, and user stories.
• Collaborates with development teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
• Performs gap analysis and recommends process improvements.
• Supports user acceptance testing and change management activities
