We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Guest Room Attendant to help create an exceptional guest experience by maintaining clean, comfortable, and welcoming guest rooms and public areas. What You'll Do

• Clean and prepare guest rooms to company and brand standards.
• Replenish guest room amenities, linens, and supplies.
• Clean and maintain public areas and hotel facilities.
• Perform deep cleaning assignments as scheduled.
• Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, and lost & found items.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently while following company procedures.
• Provide friendly, professional service when interacting with guests and team members.
• Assist with additional housekeeping duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience required.
• Hotel housekeeping experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable attendance with the flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, and pull throughout an entire shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 20 pounds frequently.
• Comfortable performing physically demanding work in a fast-paced environment.
