POSITION SUMMARY: The dishwasher will assist the kitchen staff with ensuring that the kitchen remains clean and sanitized while following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Washing Dishes: Scrape, rinse, and load dishes, glassware, and silverware into dishwashers or wash them by hand.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the dishwashing area clean, organized, and free of clutter.
• Sanitation: Ensure all items are properly sanitized according to health and safety standards.
• Storing Dishes: Properly store clean dishes, utensils, and equipment in designated areas.
• Restocking: Assist with restocking serving stations, cupboards, and other areas with necessary items.
• Cleaning: Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, floors, and other areas as needed.
• Waste Disposal: Empty trash and recycling receptacles.
• Food Safety: Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to prevent contamination.
