Companion Caregiver

We are looking for a dependable Caregiver to support an individual in maintaining an active and independent lifestyle.

Schedule:

• Part Time
• Tuesday & Thursday - 10:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities include:

• Transporting the client in your personal vehicle to community activities, events, and appointments
• Encouraging participation in community-based activities and social opportunities
• Assisting with money management and budgeting skills
• Supporting simple meal planning and meal preparation
• Promoting independence through daily living activities and skill-building
• Encouraging physical activity, engagement, and personal growth
  

Requirements:

• Must pass a Level 2 Background Screening
• Must have current CPR certification or be willing to obtain it
• Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance
• Must be comfortable transporting the client in your personal vehicle
• Dependable, patient, and supportive
• Experience providing companion care or working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
