The right candidate will:

• Be motivated to learn and receive direction from experienced team members
• Be enthusiastic about producing professional, high-quality work
• Be able to work in various conditions, including high places, tight spaces, and outdoors
• Be physically capable of climbing, balancing, squatting, kneeling, and crouching
• Have basic working knowledge of hand and power tools
• Follow all safety regulations and work safely at all times

We are willing to train and invest in the right person. This position could lead to a Sheet Metal Worker’s Apprenticeship, providing long-term career growth.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED (Required)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test
• Physical ability to lift/move objects (10-70 lbs.)
• Strong work ethic & ability to meet deadlines under pressure
• Team-oriented mindset & ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Eligible to work in the United States
