River Heights Outdoor Solutions is hiring Lawn Care & Snow Removal Technicians for seasonal lawn care work with optional winter snow removal opportunities. Snow work is offered as weather allows but is not guaranteed.

About the Role

As a Lawn Care & Snow Removal Technician, youll work outdoors, support daily lawn care operations, and assist with snow removal during winter weather events. We provide training for motivated individuals who want to grow in the outdoor services industry.

Lawn Care Responsibilities

• Routine mowing using commercial equipment
• Edging and trimming
• Mulching, weeding, and landscape bed maintenance
• Planting flowers, shrubs, and small trees
• Debris cleanup and property upkeep
• Safe operation of trimmers, blowers, and small tools

Snow Removal Responsibilities

• Shoveling and sidewalk clearing
• Operating snow blowers and small equipment
• Applying salt/icemelt
• Assisting plow crews as needed
• Responding to snow events when available

Note: Snow removal hours depend on weather conditions and are not guaranteed.

Qualifications

• No experience required training provided
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks
• Reliable transportation preferred
• Availability MondayFriday; flexible for winter weather events
