Are you experienced, hardworking, and ready to grow your career with a company that values its people? Midwest Landscapes is looking for motivated, energetic and experienced team players to join our Landscape & Irrigation crews.

Your day starts at our shop with a quick morning meeting, then you’ll head out with your crew to bring high-quality projects to life. We’re looking for professionals who are punctual, confident, team-oriented, and driven—leaders who set a positive example every day.


Please note: Landscape crew members are part of the 563 Laborers’ Union. We are seeking experienced crew members only.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong work ethic with excellent attendance
  • Previous landscape or irrigation experience required
  • Ability to work 40+ hours per week (including some Saturdays)
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, cold, wind, rain, snow, etc.)
  • Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and perform repetitive motions (shoveling, planting, pruning, hauling, lifting, moving from a kneeling position to standing multiple times a day etc.)
  • Reliable transportation
  • Solid communication skills with crew leaders, managers, and teammates


What We Offer:

  • Union pay + benefits (Landscape crews, experience required)
  • Top industry pay for experienced irrigation crew members (seeking assistant crew leads + experienced installers) Starting Pay $24-$32 DOQ
  • Sign-on bonuses: $500 after completing 480 hours, $1,000 for assistant crew leads
  • Referral bonus: $500 for each employee referred who is hired and completes 480 hours of work
  • Health & dental insurance after 60 days + optional HSA
  • Paid holidays & PTO accrual (paid out at season’s end)

Typical season runs April–November, with snow removal opportunities in the winter. Expect 40–60+ hours per week during peak season.
