Manufacturing Assembler
Armada Staffing Group is currently seeking a dependable and motivated Manufacturing Assembler to join our team in Denton, TX.
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with experience in assembly, carpentry, construction, or manufacturing who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in producing high-quality products.
The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, follows safety procedures, has strong attention to detail, and is committed to excellent attendance and reliability.
Pay Rate:
$22.00/HR
Shift/Hours:
Monday - Friday
7AM -3:30PM

Requirements:
- Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, carpentry, construction, fabrication, or a related field
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to follow work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Good communication skills and ability to complete documentation accurately
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the shift
- Must pass required background check, drug screening, and any applicable assessments
Responsibilities:
- Assemble structural frames and components according to drawings and specifications
- Measure, cut, and fit materials using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
- Secure components using bolts, fasteners, and mechanical assembly techniques
- Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions
- Perform quality checks on completed assemblies for accuracy and alignment
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
- Support process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Ensure finished products meet quality standards and specifications
