Salesforce Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Salesforce Assistant to support the Salesforce Administrator within our organization. This role will assist with Salesforce data management, reporting, and administrative support to ensure accurate tracking of programs, outcomes, and organizational impact.
The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, comfortable working with data, and eager to learn Salesforce in a mission-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Data Management
Enter, update, and maintain accurate client and program records in Salesforce
Ensure data integrity across profiles, including demographic, service, and outcome information
Perform routine data clean-up and de-duplication tasks
Reporting & Data Quality
Assist in generating weekly and monthly Salesforce reports
Review dashboards for anomalies, missing data, or inconsistencies
Flag trends or data issues for review by a supervisor
Operational Support
Support weekly site audits and program tracking tasks
Help monitor completion of certifications, services, and milestones
Assist in maintaining standardized data entry procedures across teams
System Support & Improvements
Assist with basic Salesforce configuration updates (as trained)
Help document workflows, processes, and reporting structures
Identify opportunities to improve data tracking efficiency
Communication & Coordination
Work closely with the Salesforce Administrator to prioritize tasks
Provide updates on data issues, progress, and completed assignments
Support cross-team coordination when data clarification is needed
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required)
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Fluent English proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and databases
- Basic technical aptitude and willingness to learn Salesforce
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
- Strong written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in data entry, administrative support, or program coordination
Familiarity with reporting, dashboards, or basic analytics
Experience in nonprofit, workforce development, or public service environments
