Server Assistants

Server Assistants (Busser) supports the front-of-house team by maintaining a clean, organized dining environment and assisting servers to ensure guests receive prompt and excellent service. This role is essential in creating a positive dining experience through efficiency, teamwork, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
• Assist servers with delivering food, beverages, and refills as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including floors, chairs, and service stations
• Refill water glasses
• Stock and restock service stations (napkins, silverware, condiments, etc.)
• Remove trash and keep back-of-house areas tidy
• Follow sanitation and safety guidelines at all times
• Respond promptly to guest needs and support overall guest satisfaction
• Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff
• Seat guests according to floor plan
• Maintain a professional and polished demeanor and work ethic
• Ability to work as event staff for scheduled events

Qualifications:

• No prior experience required (restaurant experience is a plus)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to help
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry items for extended periods
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 25–40 lbs
• Prolonged standing and walking
• Frequent bending, lifting, and carrying
