FORD MASTER SERVICE TECHNICIAN

WHAT YOU’LL DO (WHERE YOUR SKILL MATTERS)
- Perform high-level diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance in accordance with Ford factory standards
- Accurately document all work performed on repair orders
- Diagnose complex vehicle concerns and complete authorized repairs efficiently
- Communicate clearly with Service Advisors and Parts to keep workflow moving
- Complete multi-point inspections and provide professional recommendations
- Stay current with Ford technical bulletins and participate in paid factory training
- Maintain your personal tool inventory
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience that builds long-term loyalty

- Ford Master-Certified or highly experienced Ford technicians

'05; REQUIREMENTS
- 18+ years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Own basic professional tools
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Able to pass background check, MVR, and drug screening
Ford certifications and dealership experience strongly preferred.
