We are looking for an experienced groundskeeper/landscaper who also has the ability to do minor maintenance during the downtime.
Duties to include Maintaining property overall appearance by mowing, weed whacking, edging, spraying weeds, pulling weeds, trimming/shaping bushes, blowing off paved surfaces after each mow/weed whack, trimming trees/low hanging branches, maintaining flower/mulch beds.
Snow removal including shoveling and salting as needed and on call, and assisting with work orders around the property and in apartments as needed (on down time from landscape and snow)
