Job Summary:

Arbor Terrace Mountainside is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Resident Assistant to join our team! As a Resident Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and assistance to our residents, ensuring they feel supported and valued. If you're passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate, personalized care and assistance with activities of daily living
• Build trusting relationships with residents, encouraging social interaction, engagement, and independence
• Create a warm, welcoming environment that fosters a sense of community
• Work alongside a supportive team dedicated to exceptional resident care
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• CNA certification is welcomed but not required for Caregiver positions
• At least 1 year of experience as a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, PCT, or DSP
• Memory Care experience is a plus
• Compassionate, dependable individuals who enjoy working with seniors and being part of a team
