Precision Powdercoating is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Inspector to join our growing team! If you take pride in producing quality work, have a sharp eye for detail, and enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we'd love to meet you.

Monday – Thursday6:30 AM – 4:30 PMThree-day weekends every week!

Pay

$19.00–$21.00 per hourBased on experience

What You'll Do

• Inspect finished powder-coated parts to ensure they meet customer specifications and quality standards.
• Identify cosmetic defects such as scratches, runs, contamination, or missed coverage.
• Verify colors, gloss levels, and finish quality before parts are packaged and shipped.
• Document inspection results and communicate any quality concerns to the production team.
• Work closely with painters, maskers, and shipping personnel to resolve quality issues.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support continuous improvement efforts to reduce defects and improve efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
• Ability to identify defects and follow inspection procedures.
• Dependable with excellent attendance.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds when needed.

No previous inspection experience is required—we're happy to train the right person!
