Purpose of the position

Material requirements planning and shortage management
Supply and order management
Insight into the electronic component market trends, and coordinate with the company to execute procurement strategies

Duties and Responsibilities

Material requirements planning and shortage management
Supply and order management
Internal and external communication abnormality handling Maintain ERP system data, responsible for MRP operation and maintenance
Raw material Inventory and procurement cost control
Material quality abnormality handling
Customer service, vendor management
Process and SOP Optimization
Excess&Obsolescense managment

Education and work experience

Bachelor's degree or above, major in International Trade, Business Administration, Economics
1 years or more of procurement experience in the manufacturing industry, familiar with supply chain operators preferred

Working conditions

Office-based role, fast-paced work environment
This position must be able to respond to after-hour emergencies and be available to work non-core hours or overtime to complete various projects without interruption to operations.

Skills:
Familiar with SAP/ERP systems
Proficient in using Excel/PPT
