Role: Line Cook (Peridot)

Casual fine dining kitchen in need of determined, coachable and skilled individuals

Responsibilities:

%CF; prep and cook food to the standard set in the kitchen

%CF; Supports other team members to ensure smooth operations and a seamless customer

experience

%CF; Complete the prep list set for your station everyday

%CF; Brings a positive attitude every shift and treats everyone (clients and teammates alike) with

Need to know:

Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time in a hot, physically challenging environment

Must be available for ALL University of Michigan football home games

Ability to stand for long periods of time in a hot kitchen

Must have exceptional hygiene and grooming habits

Requirements:

%CF; Familiarity with kitchen roles, such as hot line or guardmanger.
