The Orchards Michigan, located in Harper Woods, MI is currently seeking a dietary manager to join our team.

Dietary Manager Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage daily food service operations in our hospital
• Recruit, hire, and train new staff members
• Instruct staff on how to create the meals that you design
• Maintain the inventory of our kitchens
• Establish a budget and work within its confines
• Ensure that meals are prepared and delivered in sanitary ways
• Create and manage the kitchen staff schedule

Dietary Manager Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in dietary management or a related field is preferred
• Dietary manager certification
• Previous experience in food services (management experience preferred)
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to meet the dietary needs of our diverse population of patients
