Openwork is seeking a customer-focused and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to support our hydraulic parts division. You'll handle inbound inquiries, quotes, orders, and provide expert product guidance to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer calls, emails, and requests
- Prepare quotes and process orders in ERP system
- Offer technical support and product recommendations
- Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams
- Support outside sales and manage accounts.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma (Associate/Bachelor’s preferred)
- 2+ years in inside sales or customer service (industrial/hydraulics a plus)
- Strong communicator with technical aptitude
- ERP/CRM experience; Microsoft Office proficient
- Detail-oriented and team-minded.
