Dietary Aide

Four Seasons Nursing and Rehab Center is a top-star rated Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) seeking a hardworking and dedicated Dietary Aide

SHIFT:

Varies

· 6am to 2pm

· 11am to 7pm

· Weekends mandatory

Shift is schedule to change based on facility needs/census

Primary responsibilities:

· Prepare items for meals. (desserts/sandwiches/salads and nourishment)

· Help serve food on tray line or from steamtable

· Assemble trays for resident meals.

· General cleaning in the department. (practices safe food handling and proper sanitation procedures)

· Wash dishes/pots.

· Deliver food to units.

· Put deliveries away.

Minimum Qualifications:

· Must be able to communicate and understand simple directions in English.

· Must be able to read meal tickets and menus.

Preferred Qualifications:

· 1-2 years’ experience in the food industry or in a Health Care environment preferred.

· Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization and be a team player.

All dietary staff will report to the Director of Food and Nutrition and or the Dietary Supervisor.

Salary:

· $18-$20 (commensurate with experience)
