Preschool

Job Summary:
We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher with a CDA credential to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a safe and nurturing environment for young children, develop age-appropriate lesson plans, and facilitate learning through play and exploration.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- State certification in Early Childhood Education.
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children.
- Strong understanding of child development principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that promote the physical, emotional, cognitive, and social development of preschool-aged children.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all children feel welcomed and supported.
- Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on their child's progress and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment.
- Ensure the health and safety of all children in the classroom at all times.
- Attend professional development workshops and training to stay current on best practices in early childhood education.
