Key Responsibilities

Monitor and supervise residents to ensure safety, compliance, and accountability
Conduct routine room checks, headcounts, and facility rounds
Enforce program rules, policies, and daily schedules
Provide support and guidance to clients in recovery
Assist with client intake and orientation, including belongings search (per policy)
Document all relevant activities, incidents, and observations in logbooks or electronic systems
Respond to and properly report incidents, emergencies, or behavioral concerns
Support transportation needs or coordinate client movements as required
Assist in facilitating structured activities and life skills development
Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas
Collaborate with clinical and medical staff to support client care

7am to 3pm
3pm to 11pm
