Steamatic Restoration & Cleaning is growing, and we’re looking for motivated Supervisors and Restoration & Cleaning Technicians to join our team.

Start at $20-$25 PLUS per hour!

Restoration Supervisor

As a Restoration Supervisor, you will help lead projects, coordinate technicians, communicate with customers, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to Steamatic’s standards.

Responsibilities May Include:

  • Leading and supporting restoration and cleaning technicians
  • Managing daily job activities and project progress
  • Communicating with customers and team members
  • Monitoring quality and productivity
  • Assisting with water, fire, mold, cleaning, and restoration projects
  • Operating and maintaining professional equipment
  • Identifying and solving problems in the field
  • Maintaining a safe and organized work environment
  • Training and mentoring team members

Ideal Candidates:

  • Have leadership or supervisory experience, preferably in restoration, construction, cleaning, or a related industry
  • Are organized and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Communicate professionally with customers and team members
  • Lead by example and take ownership of results
  • Enjoy solving problems and working in a fast-paced environment


Restoration & Cleaning Technician

As a Technician, you will work directly with our team to provide professional restoration and cleaning services for residential and commercial customers.

Responsibilities May Include:

  • Water extraction and structural drying
  • Fire and smoke cleanup
  • Mold remediation
  • Demolition and restoration support
  • Contents and specialty cleaning
  • Air duct and other professional cleaning services
  • Operating restoration and cleaning equipment
  • Maintaining job sites, vehicles, and equipment
  • Communicating professionally with customers and team members

The Right Person Will:

  • Be dependable and show up ready to work
  • Enjoy hands-on, physical work
  • Be motivated to learn new skills
  • Have a strong work ethic
  • Work well independently and as part of a team
  • Take pride in doing things the right way
  • Be able to solve problems and adapt to changing situations
  • Have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

Restoration, construction, cleaning, demolition, or trade experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Varies based on position and customer needs

Experience: Restoration, construction, cleaning, demolition, supervisory, or related experience preferred for applicable positions

License/Certification: Valid driver’s license required

Work Location: In person
