Job Description
Full-Time Companion / Direct Support Professional (40 Hours Guaranteed)
Breakthroughs LLC is seeking a reliable and flexible Caregiver/Companion to join our growing team in the Land O' Lakes and surrounding areas.
This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week. Staff will be assigned to multiple consumers to create a consistent weekly schedule. Ideal candidates are dependable, professional, and comfortable supporting multiple individuals throughout the week.
Responsibilities:
- Provide companionship and community-based support
- Provide In-home support
- Assist consumers with daily living activities and community outings
- Promote independence, safety, and engagement
- Maintain accurate documentation and communication
Requirements:
- Valid Florida driver's license
- Reliable vehicle with current Insurance and registration
- Level 2 Background Screening (or ability to obtain)
- Ability to work with multiple consumers in Land O' Lakes & surrounding areas
- Strong communication and reliability
- Basic computer skills
Service Areas:
Lutz, Land O' Lakes, and Wesley Chapel
Hours:
Full-Time, 40 hours per week (schedule built from assigned consumer shift )
Pay:$18/hour

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Caregiving: 2 years (Required)
