What You'll Be Doing

As our Bakery General Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our bakery and cafe. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing all aspects of bakery and cafe operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Leading and inspiring a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Maintaining product quality and ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
• Managing budgets, monitoring costs, and driving profitability.
• Collaborating with the team to develop new ideas and improve processes.
• Fostering a positive work environment that aligns with Alta Bakery and Cafe’s values.

What We're Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should bring:

• At least 2 years of experience in a management or leadership role, preferably in the food service or hospitality industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage a 50-hour work week.
• A passion for high-quality food and customer service.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• A proactive, hands-on approach to leadership.
