- Travel to client sites to diagnose and resolve IT issues
- Perform onsite installations of workstations, networking equipment, and peripherals
- Conduct basic network troubleshooting and hardware replacements
- Support site builds, relocations, and technology rollouts
- Document all work in the ticketing system
- Monitor and respond to alerts and service requests
- Perform Level 1 triage and troubleshooting
- Escalate issues following standard procedures
- Maintain accurate ticket documentation and updates
- Assist with patching and routine maintenance tasks
- Basic understanding of Windows OS and computer hardware
- Fundamental networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Ability to connect to devices via console and run basic CLI commands
- Familiarity with Active Directory and ticketing systems
- Exposure to routers, switches, and firewalls (Cisco/Meraki preferred)
- 0-2 years of IT experience
- Associate degree or certifications (A+, Network+) preferred
- Valid driver's license (required)
- Must own and maintain a reliable personal vehicle for travel to customer sites (required)
- May have to lift equipment up to approximately 50 lbs.
