Join Our Food and Beverage Team

Cole’s Flea Market is looking for friendly, energetic, and dependable Concessions & Beer Service Team Members.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, providing excellent service, and staying active in a lively market environment.

What You’ll Do

• Greet guests, take orders, and provide friendly customer service.
• Prepare and serve food, desserts, alcoholic beverages, and non-alcoholic drinks based on assigned location.
• Verify identification and follow all responsible alcohol-service requirements.
• Operate the point-of-sale system and process payments accurately.
• Count money, provide correct change, and maintain cash-drawer accountability.
• Restock food, beverages, condiments, ice, utensils, and other supplies.
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked service areas.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, alcohol-service, and equipment procedures.
• Complete opening and closing duties.
• Assist in other Food and Beverage areas as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous concessions, food service, cashier, bartending, or hospitality experience is preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and basic math skills.
• Dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bilingual English and Spanish skills are a plus.
• TABC Seller-Server and Food Handler certifications, or the ability to obtain them within the required timeframe.
• Weekend, holiday, and special-event availability as scheduled.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, reach, crouch, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to safely lift and move supplies and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures.
